4.1 Registration Requirements. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual person may register and operate only one Account on wa999. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual, device, IP address or payment method, we reserve the right to consolidate or close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or bonuses pending investigation.
4.3 KYC Documentation. wa999 reserves the right to request the following documents at any time, in particular before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds:
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. wa999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify support immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, wa999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
5.1 Acceptable Use. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law and any supplementary rules posted on the Platform from time to time.
5.2 Technical Access. wa999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily suspend access. We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.
5.3 Device & Software. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to use the Platform. wa999 is optimised for modern Android and iOS devices using 4G or Wi-Fi connectivity.
5.4 Currency Display. While account balances may be displayed in PKR for convenience, the base currency and settlement currency of your account are as specified at registration. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at rates determined by the operator. Exchange rate fluctuations do not entitle Users to any adjustment of their account balance.
6.1 Deposits. Funds deposited into your wa999 Account must originate from a payment method of which you are the named and verified owner. wa999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of deposit.
6.2 Payment Method References. wa999 may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of deposit options. These references are informational only. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change, and wa999 does not warrant that any particular method will remain available. None of these institutions endorse or support gambling transactions through this Platform.
6.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits. Where cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are accepted, deposit amounts are converted to account currency at the prevailing rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Network confirmation delays and price volatility are the responsibility of the User. wa999 makes no representation regarding the legality of cryptocurrency use in Pakistan.
6.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to fund the Account, subject to KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending identity verification. wa999 reserves the right to apply fraud-prevention holds in accordance with applicable compliance procedures.
6.5 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal threshold applies, as displayed in the Account cashier. Withdrawal requests below this threshold may be declined.
wa999 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, referral credits and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion itself:
7.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements specify the total bet volume that must be placed using bonus funds before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
7.2 Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino games, slots and live dealer titles may carry different contribution rates. Contribution percentages are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
7.3 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any wagering progress expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
7.4 Illustrative Figures. Any PKR bonus amounts described on the Platform (e.g., a birthday reward of PKR 2,000–PKR 10,000 or a referral credit of PKR 1,000) are illustrative examples unless confirmed in a currently active promotion. wa999 does not guarantee any specific bonus amount to any User.
7.5 Abuse Prevention. wa999 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using technical exploits or coordinating play to manipulate bonus outcomes.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on wa999 are subject to operator acceptance. wa999 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event with an error in the stated odds.
8.2 Odds & Pricing. Odds are displayed in the format selected by the User and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds stated at the time of confirmation.
8.3 Cricket & Sports Markets. wa999 offers betting markets on international and domestic cricket tournaments including PSL, ICC World Cup, T20 internationals and Test matches, as well as football, UFC, tennis, basketball and esports. Market availability may vary. wa999 does not claim any affiliation with the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any other sports governing body.
8.4 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to rapid price changes. wa999 is not liable for delays in the transmission of live data to Users. Bets placed based on information the User knows to be different from the current state of play may be voided.
8.5 Settlement Disputes. In the event of a discrepancy in result settlement, wa999's decision — following review of official result data — is final. Settlement disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.
8.6 RTP Information. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are indicative of theoretical long-run average returns and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual playing session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wa999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:
10.1 Suspension by wa999. wa999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, failure to complete KYC, or regulatory compliance requirements.
10.2 Effect of Suspension. Upon suspension, access to the Account and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation. Where fraud or a breach is confirmed, any balance comprising Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be voided. Genuine deposited funds that are not subject to a dispute will be returned subject to applicable verification procedures.
10.3 Closure by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting wa999 support through the Help Center. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable time. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of KYC requirements and any pending withdrawal processing times.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gambling purposes may request self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods and the procedure for reinstatement are detailed on the Responsible Gambling page.
All content on the wa999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software and design elements, is the intellectual property of wa999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and display the Platform content for your private use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of wa999.
The wa999 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use those marks. Game titles and provider names referenced on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
12.1 Platform Availability. wa999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content or service on the Platform.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wa999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, wa999's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 No Gambling Outcome Guarantee. wa999 makes no representation that any bet, wager or casino game will result in a win. Gambling involves risk of financial loss. Past results do not indicate future outcomes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the wa999 operator holds its gambling licence, as determined by the operator from time to time.
By using the Platform you irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms, except where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence mandates otherwise.
Users based in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts may apply Pakistani law to disputes involving Pakistani residents, and that online gambling may be unlawful in Pakistan. This clause does not constitute legal advice and does not override any mandatory local law applicable to you.
wa999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email or via an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to prevent harm.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10.3. The date at which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page.
